A 20% deposit is required upon booking and full payment is due 7 working days before the date of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to make any amendments to the booking this is possible by contacting the main office or agent you have been dealing with. All amendments are looked at individually. In the event that the amendment increases the length of the trip additional charges may be incurred. All amendments are required in writing.
All drivers hold a valid DBS certificate and can be provided if required.
Drivers details are provided the day before travel for the use in an emergency only. The main office line is manned 24/7.
