Absolutely excellent! Drove us all over France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland....always in a great mood and always helpful and going above and beyond. Neil deserves a pay rise!

This is my 18th long, over 10 days trip, organised by me and through the last 20 years I never ever had such a professional driver, who cares about every detail, who help in many different ways, even if this is not included into his duties. I wish to have Neil always as a driver on any other trips I am going to organise. And thanks to the Company for letting him to look after us.

We are just back from a 9 day trip and we could not recommend “your coach hire” and our driver Neil highly enough. He has gone over and above for us this trip, always happy to help and taken a genuine interest In hockey and from the sounds of it really enjoyed watching the tournament. We travelled to Paris with Neil and could not recommend him more highly! He was so lovely, and was absolutely part of the team, doing whatever he could to support us, from making sure we were hydrated, getting back to the bus early to cool it down, to ensuring he dropped us at close as possible to all our drop off points. We used YCH for a primary school trip to France. Our driver, Dave, was nothing short of the consummate professional. He was kind, considerate, patient and utterly unflappable in spite of the occasional curveball thrown his way: blocked roads at Calais; diversions; irritating teachers (😁) and being struck by a lorry to name but a few! Chris and the team were incredible to work with. We used them for a number of complicated journeys for a large work conference and they could not have been more helpful in the planning stage, and they were then brilliantly flexible when we had a few inevitable last minute changes. We’ve just had a trip to Paris with Neil. He was excellent, he built a great rapport with the staff team and children. He was adaptive to what we might want and happy to work with whatever we may have wanted to change.

I recently headed a battlefields trip with fellow staff and students from Duke of Kent School (Peaslake, Surrey Hills). Our friendly, cooperative and patient bus driver was David (from Salisbury) who was our coach driver during our (NST) tour to the WW1 Battlefields of Belgium and France.
